The brief

A family glassworks in Lorraine, selling one-of-a-kind pieces online for the first time. The brief: make the site feel like the gallery, and make buying a 900 euro carafe feel safe.

What we did
  • Identity refresh and editorial type system
  • Headless commerce on a static front-end
  • Photography direction, 140 pieces shot in two days

Fourteen physiotherapy clinics, fourteen phone lines, one overwhelmed reception. The brief: move booking online without losing the patients who are in pain and not in the mood for a form.
