Privacy
We collect the minimum needed to run this site and to answer the messages you send us. This notice describes what that means in practice rather than restating the regulation.
What we collect
- Contact messages. What you write in the contact form, plus your name, company and email so we can reply. Kept 24 months, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriptions. Your email address, held by the emailing provider named on the form. You can unsubscribe in one click.
- Site analytics. When enabled, page views without cookies and without cross-site identifiers. If a tool that sets cookies is used, we ask first.
What we do not collect
No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no third-party fonts loaded from a service that would see your IP address. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. Write to privacy@synora.com. We answer within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the CNIL.
Terms of engagement
These terms apply to every project we quote. They are short on purpose. The proposal you sign takes precedence over anything here where the two differ.
Phases and pricing
- Each phase (Discovery, Design, Build, Launch) is quoted at a fixed price before it starts.
- A phase that costs us more than estimated is absorbed by us. A change of scope is re-quoted for the next phase, never the current one.
- You may stop after any phase and keep everything produced so far, once that phase is paid.
Ownership
Code is committed to a repository in your organisation from the first day of Build. Design files live in your workspace. On payment of each phase, you own its deliverables outright. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless the proposal says otherwise.
Payment
Fifty percent of each phase on start, fifty percent on the demo that closes it. Invoices are due at 30 days. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid for the phase concerned. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accessibility statement
This site aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA. It was last tested in September 2026 with a keyboard-only path through every page, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows, and automated checks on every build.
What passed
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus state.
- Text contrast meets 4.5:1 on every background it sits on, including the small monospace labels.
- Every animation respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting and degrades to an opacity fade.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative ones are hidden from assistive technology.
Known limitations
- The outlined headline style relies on a text-stroke effect. In browsers without support it renders as solid text, which remains readable.
- Embedded third-party content on client case studies may not meet the same standard. We name it where it appears.
